The 4.7-meter ceiling in this prestigious Norman Foster-designed 

development in Beirut provided us with interesting opportunities. Currently under work, at 650 sq metres it was also the only apartment in the development with such a high ceiling, and for our client we included a galleried wine cellar through the creation of a mezzanine. For the owners, both prodigious home-entertainers, we took advantage of the scale to deliver the open feeling of a boutique hotel lounge in the reception areas and incorporated a large, hidden, kitchen. An intimate family area is accessed through the library with the private areas of the home fragmented to further provide privacy and comfort.
